Here are just some of the questions we regularly get, that may help you!
We do not sell our permits—whether day tickets or memberships—through tackle shops. This approach helps us keep overall club costs down and ensures that purchasing remains simple and accessible for everyone. It also allows us to maintain a complete and accurate audit trail for our financial records.
Although we operate as an open annual membership club, the software we use offers more suitable tools under its ‘syndicate’ configuration. We use that option purely for administrative efficiency — it doesn’t change the nature of our club or how membership works.
Yes — if you were a member in the previous membership year but did not renew by 31st July, your membership is considered lapsed. In this case, the £25 new member (joining) fee becomes payable again when you rejoin.
If you do renew within the renewal window before 31st July, the joining fee does not apply.
You’ll find your gate codes in the booking reminder emails sent to you by SwimBooker. Those reminders are the official source, and it’s worth double‑checking them each time you visit because codes can be updated throughout the year when the site needs to change them.
If you can’t find the reminder email, here are the usual next steps:
Search your inbox for “SwimBooker”, “booking reminder”, or the pool name.
Check spam/junk, as automated emails sometimes land there.
